Stephanie Paul

Stephanie S. Paul is a U.S. Army Veteran, FEMA Emergency Management Specialist, entrepreneur, non-profit founder, and licensed Realtor in Texas and Georgia. Since 2017, she has supported FEMA Public Assistance operations across more than 30 federally declared disasters, helping strengthen recovery efforts and support the administration of billions of dollars in federal disaster assistance nationwide.

Throughout her FEMA career, she has developed more than 100 training curricula, created over 10,000 instructional materials, and instructed and mentored FEMA personnel, as well as state, local, tribal, and territorial partners supporting disaster recovery operations across the country.

Stephanie previously founded Boundless Opportunities Inc., a nonprofit organization that provided more than 5,000 meals and helped over 50 veterans access benefits, resources, and improved disability ratings. She also founded and operated multiple businesses, including Williams Manor LLC and I & S Freight Company LLC, creating jobs and economic opportunities within the communities she served. Today, she owns QSWP Consulting LLC and QSWP Group LLC, organizations focused on expanding healthcare, veteran support, and community-based services.
