With over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, Ryan specializes in veteran recruitment, executive search, and strategic workforce solutions. He is the founder of Tenth Mountain Recruiting, a firm dedicated to connecting top talent with organizations, and the creator of the Veteran Social Summit, an annual virtual conference focused on empowering military veterans, their spouses, and advocates. Ryan is passionate about leveraging technology and AI to optimize the hiring process and is committed to supporting veteran entrepreneurship and career advancement. His leadership and expertise have helped shape hiring strategies across multiple sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, and government.
