Peter has committed to serving the military community, day in and day out through Service to Success and his nonprofit, Boots to Books. At Service to Success, Peter led the development and growth of the MilMentor platform, our live events, and our recruitment services which have directly resulted in countless veterans and their families getting hired at leading companies and even more finding free career mentors. MilMentor alone connects over 2,000 veterans and spouses with free career mentors and is growing at a rapid pace each month, and our hiring events welcome 1,000+ candidates and 20 companies per event, facilitating direct connections between job-seekers and employers. Additionally, Peter’s nonprofit, Boots to Books, has provided $200k+ in scholarships to job-seekers and assisted thousands through live resume, interview, and career exploration assistance events. Through providing no cost training, free career mentors, and direct connections with leading companies, Peter is providing the military community with the tools to be immensely successful.
