Over the course of his career, UHP founder Matt Hesse has utilized his commitment to education and mentorship to become a foremost leader in veteran health, wellness, and coaching. Matt is an Army Veteran, built a multi-unit retail nutrition company, and is the founder of PERFORMIX, a multi-national sports performance company, which went on to generate over a billion dollars of sales under Matt’s leadership. Matt has leveraged that success and dedication to service, plus his vast business experience, into an innovative leadership and education model called the Purpose Blueprint, which guides transitioning Veterans from military service to fulfilling post-service careers. This is the core curriculum for any University of Health and Performance curriculum and to date has helped more than 2,000 veterans. To date, his programs have helped more than 2,000 veterans. He is a husband, father, and dedicated philanthropist with all his current energy directed at helping American military veterans.
