Kristi May founded Legend Heroes to break barriers for Veterans, children, and individuals with disabilities needing service dog training. She saw the high cost and long wait times—$10,000–$15,000 and up to 3 years—and created an alternative. Her model offers service dog training for as little as $390 to $3,000, completing training in as little as 2 years. She launched a Scholarship Fund to ensure no one is turned away due to cost. Kristi builds lasting change through mentorship, education, and advocacy, empowering others while healing lives through service animals. Her mission is rooted in service, compassion, and community.
