Jon S. McGill, Sr.

Jon was an avid volunteer during his time in the military, and has carried that commitment to his community to his civilian life. He has volunteered several hundred hours of Pro Bono service to his community. He has represented countless clients at reduced rates based on their ability to afford an attorney. He has spent thousands of unpaid hours leading his community HOA and serving as the Chair of a Taxing District. He has authored or co-authored 4 bills that were signed into Louisiana Law, including emergency COVID measures to ensure due process for defendants and their sureties during the pandemic. He was named as a New Orleans Magazine Top Lawyer in General Service Law Firm Category. He has coached recreational sports for young children and is an avid participant of community events.
