Tom McEwen

Thomas McEwen is an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader with more than 20 years of recruiting and leadership experience across Humana and the United States Army. He currently serves as an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Humana, where he leads high-impact hiring strategies, builds scalable recruiting solutions, and partners with senior leaders to support critical business priorities.

A retired Army leader with over 26 years of service, Thomas brings deep expertise in full life cycle recruiting, workforce planning, process improvement, military-connected talent strategy, and team development. He is known for driving measurable results, strengthening partnerships, and creating talent strategies that improve speed, quality, and business outcomes.

Thomas also co-leads Humana’s Military Hiring Champions initiative, helping advance pathways for veterans, military spouses, and transitioning service members. His leadership is grounded in accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and a commitment to developing people and delivering meaningful impact.
