Tim has created meaningful, lasting change in his community through Heroes Compass, a nonprofit he founded in 2022 to support those who serve. His vision has brought comfort, recognition, and support to hundreds of individuals across military, firefighter, police and first responder communities.
Through Heroes Compass, Tim has made possible over 500 care packages to deployed military members, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and homeless veterans, many of whom expressed feeling seen and remembered for the first time. He created the Heroes Compass coin challenge to honor service and launched custom journals to support the mental wellness of military families.
Tim also organized an annual suicide prevention awareness walk, drawing over 100 participants in 2024. He partnered with local organizations to raise over $12,000 for police officers impacted by tragedy and another $1,000+ for adaptive veteran support and scholarships. His ability to inspire collaboration and bring people together has led to events that raise awareness, funds, and morale throughout the region.
These initiatives go beyond charity. They restore hope and dignity. Community members have shared emotional responses to Tim’s efforts, from gratitude to tears. His projects not only meet real needs but uplift a population that often goes unrecognized.
Tim’s dedication, creativity, and compassion have transformed Heroes Compass into a catalyst for positive change. His impact is felt widely and deeply. Tim is not just helping the community; he’s strengthening it.
