About

Melissa Fulmore-Hardwick has made a lasting impact on her community through her commitment to service, mentorship, and creating pathways to opportunity. As a U.S. Army veteran and senior executive, she has consistently used her platform to uplift underserved populations and drive meaningful change. Through her leadership as Global Head of RGF Connect at RGF Staffing, Melissa oversees a global social impact program that provides education, training, and employment opportunities to underserved communities—including U.S. Military Veterans and Military Spouses. Her work has helped veterans and their families navigate career transitions, access job readiness resources, and connect with meaningful employment across Recruit’s network of companies. Melissa is also the founder of Brown Girls in the Boardroom, a nonprofit organization that mentors and empowers young women and girls, especially from marginalized communities. Through leadership development workshops, career coaching, and exposure to executive-level experiences, she has inspired countless young women to pursue leadership roles in business and technology. In addition to her nonprofit and corporate contributions, Melissa actively volunteers with local and national organizations focused on diversity, youth mentorship, and veteran support. Her influence has opened doors for individuals who have historically faced barriers to success—providing not just inspiration, but real, tangible access to education, professional growth, and economic mobility. Melissa’s impact is deeply personal and systemic—she creates environments where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive. Whether helping a military spouse re-enter the workforce, mentoring a first-generation college student, or shaping inclusive hiring practices on a global scale, she continues to change lives by making opportunity more equitable and accessible for all.
