With 24 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, including service in Special Forces and earning the prestigious Ranger Tab, Glenn has dedicated a career to leadership, resilience, and service to others. Following military retirement, he continued that commitment by creating and developing the Homeless Veteran Program for Hire Heroes USA. Recognizing the complex challenges faced by homeless veterans transitioning to civilian life, Glenn designed a comprehensive support framework focused on employment and long-term stability.
Through strategic partnerships with employers, community organizations, housing providers, and support services, the program successfully addressed many of the most common barriers preventing veterans from securing meaningful work. Under Glenn’s leadership, the initiative assisted more than 300 homeless veterans and helped over 175 obtain employment, creating lasting opportunities for self-sufficiency and success. Glenn’s career reflects a steadfast commitment to empowering veterans and strengthening communities through innovative solutions, collaboration, and dedicated advocacy.
