Why you should attend?

The University of Pittsburgh's Office of Veterans Services facilitates the transition of veterans from military to University life, supports their ongoing academic success, and assists veterans, guardsmen, reservists, and active duty military in receiving their educational benefits. The office is actively involved with veteran community organizations and offers other services including academic and financial guidance, per-admissions counseling appointments, career develop and resume workshops, orientation sessions designated for veterans and their families, active duty withdrawal assistance, veteran student groups, programs to attend throughout the semester, and networking opportunities. Our university also provides a veteran only orientation course to better assist transition veterans acclimate into higher education
