Why you should attend?

UNC has a fast-growing military connected community supported by the Carolina Veterans Resource Center. The CVRC provides programming to students and their families, as well as university staff, designed to meet the specific needs of the population. This includes the Boot Print to Heel Print student success program, the Carolina Veterans Organization student group, Green Zone training to help faculty and staff better serve military connected students, and community building events including academic and professional workshops throughout the year. UNC is part of the Yellow Ribbon Program, offers Military Tuition Assistance, and currently supports over 400 Post-911 GI Bill recipients.
