Why you should attend?

The University of Houston played an important part in the United States efforts during WWII housing the first Naval School established in a college which trained more than five thousand Navy personnel and several hundred Army and Navy pilots. Today, our Veterans Services is located in the heart of "the university" at the University Student Center. The Veteran's Resource Center is a 1,725 sq. ft. space solely for the benefit of veterans, spouses, and dependents. It houses a computer lab, printers, fax machines, private study area, and telephones, a demonstration of UH's commitment to its veteran community.
