Why you should attend?

UCCS values our military student population. We demonstrate our commitment to student success by investing in wellness programming to benefits our veteran, active duty, and military dependent students. In the past few years, we have developed a wellness support network that includes; free visits to the campus counseling center; a wellness curriculum in our orientation programs for veterans; neuropsychological screenings at the Veteran Health and Trauma Clinic; extended and robust peer advising programs. Moreover, we support military students operationally by providing priority registration, a generous military credit transfer program, a textbook sharing program, early benefits certification, and emergency loan programs.
