The University of South Carolina Beaufort is a regionally accredited small public university consisting of just over 2000 students from around the world. USC Beaufort is a dynamic and vibrant academic community with campuses located in Historic Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island. Centrally located among three military installations (MCRD Parris Island; MCAS Beaufort; and the Beaufort Naval Hospital), the university provides un-paralleled on-site educational opportunities and services to our active duty military, veterans, and family members.

Why you should attend?

USC Beaufort provides exceptional access for military service members, veterans, and their family members. A "Regionally Accredited" state University, USC Beaufort provides 20 majors and 23 minors that incorporate leading edge technology and resources. USC Beaufort maintains the Department of Defense and local base Memorandums of Understanding. USC Beaufort offers reduced tuition for active duty military along with the "Yellow Ribbon" program, individualized orientation sessions, day, afternoon, and evening classes. A full time military liaison provides assistance within the tri-command area.
