Undergraduate majors are offered in 33 fields of study, and two year Associate Degrees are available in two areas. Briar Cliff also confers the Master of Arts in Management, Master of Arts in Kinesiology and Human Performance, Master of Science in Kinesiology and Human Performance, Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees.

BCU is ranked as a Military Friendly school, and participates in all military and Veteran's Administration (VA) education programs. BCU partners with the VA in the Post 9/11 GI Bill - Yellow Ribbon Program at the 100% level for eligible veterans, and grants from 4 to 15 academic credits for military transcripts. BCU offers reduced tuition rates to military members who choose to enroll in BCU's undergraduate online degree completion programs.
