Vectrus is dedicated to hiring a diverse pool of talent and we continue to be recognized for our efforts to hire, support, and retain veterans. We are proud to boast a large veteran workforce (over 60 percent) and offer programs supporting our military veterans. We continue to participate in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, which provides transitioning service members with training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. Additionally, the Vectrus Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council leads several internal efforts focused on our veteran employees, including a Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG).
