We are proud that just over seven percent of our workforce either served or are currently serving in military reserve programs. We are heavily invested in four programs to support the training and career advancement of our employed active service members and veterans. Veteran professional drivers are often some of the most experienced and at the top of Covenant's pay scale. Our military programs include Operation Victory, Troops Into Transportation, MPact, and Army PaYS.
