S. Department of State to sponsor exchange visitors (Professors, Research Scholars, Specialists, and Students) under J-1 Program, authorized by the Virginia State Board of Education to participate in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA), and certified to operate in Virginia by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). IGU is also approved to offer GI Bill® educational benefits by the Virginia Approving Agency.
