Why you should attend?
Houghton College is a Yellow Ribbon School, serving all veterans, active duty service members, and their dependents. Located in a rural setting surrounded by woods, trails and rivers (great for hunting and fishing!), Houghton is a small, caring community deeply rooted in our Christian faith. Our 40+ majors include strong academic programs in the natural sciences, equestrian studies, education, psychology, humanities, and business. Students have access to academic support, career services, and counseling through the Center for Student Success. We also offer veteran and married student housing options on campus, within close proximity to a number of veterans' services.
