Only 15% of Veterans have used their VA loan benefit to purchase a home. As a son of a WWII Vet, I've always understood that there is no better group of people to help then our Veterans. We help Veterans understand how they can utilize their VA home loan benefit to purchase a home. This is accomplished through education (VA seminars). Our company helps Veterans save money and get qualified through wholesale mortgage interest rates and credit repair (over 300 families served)if needed. We also pair Veterans (if needed) with local real estate agents who are Veteran advocates. We ONLY work with referral partners who are Veteran friendly that we know will take good care of our clients.
