Unlok!, Inc. will partner with companies to match positions with those individuals who have completed the cognitive skill building program. Our main focus is to help build cognitive skills using gamification. The app will provide for the translation of a military skill to a civilian skill, and will help re-skill and up-skill veterans so that they can remain competitive The app provides employers with a solid return on investment via a more skilled workforce. A three level skill building approach will be utilized: analyze skills; build on those skills; then assess the progress. This approach will identify opportunities that veterans may not have otherwise been aware.
