AXIS proudly supports veterans and reservists through several initiatives, these include veteran hiring programs, community outreach and partnering with veteran-focused organizations and charities, work placement schemes, and inclusive HR policies that encourage veterans and reservists to build successful careers at AXIS. We also have a Veterans Employee Resource Group ERG which focusses on raising awareness within the organization about the valuable skills and experience that serving military personnel, veterans and their families bring to the workplace and wider society, and which oversees our talent program and outreach activities.
