Jennifer Dane

Jennifer Dane is a connector, problem solver, and lifelong learner who believes that relationships are at the heart of every success story. An Air Force veteran, Realtor® with eXp Realty, PMP-certified project manager, and former nonprofit executive, she has built a career around helping people navigate change, overcome challenges, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

From serving as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Air Force to leading nonprofit organizations, communications initiatives, and real estate transactions, Jennifer has never been afraid to step into unfamiliar territory and figure things out. She was the first person in her family to graduate from college and has since earned multiple advanced degrees, driven by an insatiable curiosity and a belief that growth never stops.

Whether helping a family find their next home, mentoring others, or building stronger communities, Jennifer is guided by service, authenticity, and a simple question that has shaped much of her life: “What’s the worst that could happen?” She believes the greatest opportunities often begin when people are willing to take a chance on themselves.
