Mike Nolan

Mike Nolan is a U.S. Air National Guard veteran and the founder of Military Talent Connectors (MTC), a firm specializing in connecting companies with military-connected talent through contingency search, fellowship program management, and military hiring program support.

Prior to launching MTC, Mike spent eleven years at Salesforce, where he built and led one of the most recognized corporate veteran hiring programs in the technology industry. As Global President of VetForce — Salesforce’s military ERG — he grew membership from 1,200 to over 5,400 members across 25 global hubs in four years.

His contributions to the military community have been recognized by the United War Veterans Council and the United States Army, which flew a flag in his honor over Afghanistan on January 3, 2020. Mike is also the author of The Mission Methodology, a field manual for transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses.
