Dan Regester is the founder of K9 Kavalry, a 501(c)3 organization transforming veteran’s lives through service dog training. His deep-seated passion for dogs and community is evident in his efforts to support veterans dealing with service-connected disabilities.
Dan’s impressive military career includes service with NATO during the Gulf War and Desert Fox / Desert Shield, where he logged over 2,000 in-flight hours as an in-flight refueler for the 911th Air Refueling Squadron, earning multiple commendations for heroism.
He is highly involved in speaking to veterans at centers like the Salvation Army Family Center and Washington County Veteran Treatment Court, a demonstration of commitment, integrity, honor, and fellowship.
