Carla Moss

For over 33 years, Carla supports a wide range of military, Veteran, & community organizations in the NCR including JBM-HH, JBM-HH ACS Volunteer Association, JBM‑HH RSO, Women’s Memorial, NWHA, Armed Forces Retirement Home, VFW, WAA, White House, President’s Park, Operation Homefront, BSF, & honor flights.

She is a Top Lady of Distinction member (Alexandria City), former TTA Advisor & Co TTA Advisor, TAPS Good Grief Camp mentor, NGB’s CSS Toastmasters Club charter member, & a longtime volunteer advisor for Washington Tattoo, MDW SAMC, & Fort Meade SAMC.

Carla is a DAV, AUSA, AGCRA, OES, RWB, Military Hearts Matter member. She is a lifetime member of The Old Guard Association &1600 Association, the 2026 NCR Volunteer of the Year, a 2019 Still Serving Veteran of the Year, a Civil Air Patrol 2nd Lieutenant, and an ambassador for Quilts of Honor & Stronghold Food Pantry.
