Frederick Alcazar has significantly impacted his community through his successful establishment of Czar Athletics, a youth sports performance fitness center in Piedmont, Oklahoma. After initially starting the business in a garage, Frederick grew his program from training four student-athletes to serving 380 by October 2023. His dedication to enhancing the athletic skills and performance of young athletes has created valuable opportunities for personal growth, fitness, and teamwork within the community. Recognizing the need for a larger space, Frederick and his wife, Heather, sought guidance from the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to facilitate their expansion. With the support of Business Advisor Larry Siebert, they developed financial projections and navigated the complexities of securing a construction loan, ultimately leading to the successful opening of their new facility on June 4, 2023. In addition to providing customized training programs, Czar Athletics has become a hub for youth engagement, fostering a sense of community and encouraging healthy lifestyles. Frederick's commitment to personalized training not only enhances the athletic performance of the participants but also instills confidence and discipline among young athletes, contributing to their overall development.
