Through his leadership, Freeman has facilitated significant changes in veteran recruitment, creating new opportunities for veterans to thrive in the airline industry. His efforts have led to the development of specialized programs that not only help veterans secure meaningful employment but also foster a supportive environment where they can grow professionally. Some of these programs include the first officer military pilot pathway, the military maintenance pathway, our military talent pool for candidate sourcing etc. Freeman has visited and partnered with multiple bases and worked through Forward March Inc to truly brand Allegiant as a Military Friendly employer.
