Led an organization of over 800 Soldiers and Civilians responsible for the training and leader development of all Army, Marine Corps, and international Field Artillery leaders in attendance. Supervised resident and non-resident instruction for over 32K officers and enlisted students annually in 72 different courses Served as the operational force’s advocate for field artillery modernization and organizational design for Division. Tracked ongoing transformation operations, as well as identified and sequenced strategic decisions. Coordinated and resourced the plan and program to meet directives, operational goals, and timelines set by the Secretary of the Army and the Chief of Staff, Army. Developed and articulated the transformation strategy to broad audiences to include Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, and the sister services.
