Greg Sanchez

As Assistant Director at the University of Chicago’s Office for Military-Affiliated Communities, Greg supports over 315 military-affiliated students across all undergraduate and graduate divisions, providing tailored resources for academic success and personal growth. Greg also serves as Program Director for the Veterans Restorative Justice Project, working closely with the Circuit Court of Cook County Veterans Treatment Courts to rehabilitate veterans involved in the justice system through comprehensive mentorship, housing support, and treatment services. Previously, Greg led the Underground Scholars Initiative at UC Riverside, securing $4 million in annual state funding to assist formerly incarcerated students.
