William & Mary is a liberal arts research university located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Founded by Royal Charter in 1693, it is the second oldest college in the country. Enrollment is over 9,000 (graduate and undergraduate) students with a 13 to 1 student/faculty ratio. U.S. News and World Report ranks the college tied for 41th overall and seventh among all public universities in the country.
