Oakton College

Oakton College is a two year public community college with two campuses serving students residing in the north and northwest Chicago suburbs. The College’s enrollment is 7, 200 students. The College awards Associate in Arts and Sciences degrees and Associate in Applied Science degrees. The College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and is registered with the Illinois State Board of Higher Education to provide credit courses, contiuning education units, and professional development hours. Additionally, the school is accredited by local and regional organizations/associations for our Associate in Applied Science degrees.

Military students are eligible to withdraw from classes any time past midterm without penalty, if called to service, and potentially receive full credit for these courses.
