NC State is the largest university in North Carolina and an active member of the UNC System partnership for national security to support service members by working with military partners on quality of life, policy issues, and addressing science and technology gaps. We offer more than 72 degree programs through distance education, as well as courses on military installations, allowing greater flexibility to meet the demands of active-duty service members. Our Military and Veteran Services office provides transition assistance, promotes and enhances student success, and provides campus-wide leadership in the areas of recruitment, retention, and outreach for military-affiliated students.
