WillowTree supports veterans and servicemembers through three key initiatives. First, our Mili-trees ERG is an affinity group created by and for veteran employees to build a multicultural community that uplifts perspectives, creates personal and collective opportunities, encourages self-learning and growth, and promotes a safe space and supportive voice for military members, veterans, and their families. Second, WillowTree offers military leave for all eligible employees in accordance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and applicable state laws. Finally, WillowTree has participated in a fellowship through Skillbridge to hire military members who are transitioning from military to civilian life
