TALENT has a Veteran Talent Search (V.T.S.) program that is unique and tailored to each Veteran. Through this program, we dedicate teams to assisting veterans and their families to find rewarding careers. Working closely with the candidates, we help them find a position that fits their expertise that meets the client’s needs. TALENT has built relationships with Transition Assistance Programs (TAP) which include the Department of Labor, Department of Defense and Department of Veteran Affairs. We also partner with regional Military bases for recruiting needs. TALENT is also a member of Disability:IN and is active in the Disability:IN Mentor Program.
