Strata-G’s Veteran Resource Group was established in 2019 with the following goals: 1) assist new veteran employees with integration into the company and workforce, 2) provide mentoring from established company veterans, 3) offer career development and training, and 4) offer our veteran employees a voice in the company and an opportunity to collaborate. Our group is led by a veteran employee, John Smith, who works with the team to establish the working group schedule, discussion topics, and action items. John reaches out to new veteran employees to assist in their integration into the company, providing an open door of communication.
