Salute's vision was to build a company that would serve as a "bridge" for veterans to reach the data center industry and start careers. The critical shortage of skilled resources in this industry has helped further drive the growth of our company as our transition and training program proved highly-effective. Of the veterans hired, 12% were homeless when hired - having a job changed everything for them. Launching a career in a rapidly growing industry provides long-term growth. Additionally, the demographics of veterans naturally provides a more diverse workforce lled with personnel who can operate in any environment.
