We offer a military fellowship program in conjunction with the careers skillsbridge program, which includes civilian on-the-job training, mentorship from our U.S. Service Members ERG, and potential conversion upon completion. This program has a 100% satisfaction rate and 80% conversion rate. In addition to our hiring initiatives, we prioritize our veteran’s experience through our U.S. Service Members ERG which serves as a safe space for veterans only. Our military leave benefits provide 3 full months of pay as well as full medical benefits. We also are committed to serving the veteran community through our legal pro bono program.
