With as many Government and Department of Defense contracts as Ranco Response handles, it is imperative that we recruit team members that are familiar with that arena. In our upper management levels, our administrative roster is comprised at least 45% of military veterans, and 100% of our employees are in support of Armed Forces in the United States of America. With the help of Veteran employees, we continually look for future employees and team members who have military backgrounds. This is a part of our network expansion and building our brand to be known as a major partner of the military. We are a values-driven company, led by hard work and integrity. Like the military, we view loyalty, service, duty, and honor as key components of our business plan and our approach to quality service. One thing that separates our company from other companies is our programs that help Veterans successfully integrate into our business. Military terminology, lingo, and traditions are all welcomed into our everyday work culture. Mentoring, leadership, and support systems are also in place to accompany our Veterans.
