Our dedication to recruiting and retaining veterans and service members has led to recognition from both HIRE Vets and ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve). Annually, iostudio signs the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Statement of Support, committing to follow regulation and go above and beyond to take care of our Guard and Reserve employees. In 2012, iostudio received the Secretary of Defense ESGR Freedom Award for going above and beyond as an employer, and several of our managers have received ESGR Patriot Awards. iostudio actively seeks to employ military spouses with the same proactive level of effort we drive in hiring military members and Veterans. iostudio encourages professional, personal, and leadership development.All employees are provided Tuition Reimbursement funding (>$5k) after being employed for three years. Acceptable career advancement coursework is determined in collaboration with each employee's supervisor. Veterans are actively encouraged to communicate with executive leadership and supervisor staff to explore career growth and leadership skill development within iostudio. Several tiers of performance review for all iostudio employees explores growth areas, such as leadership, for team members as we actively seek to promote from within. These reviews can occur with weekly one-on-one check-ins, 30/60/90 reviews during on-boarding, and annual performance reviews.
