Many of our Military initiatives / benefits are driven through our Military Veteran ERG, The Seventh Branch. The group has successfully advocated for paid Military-related time off for employees, Veterans Day to be recognized as a paid holiday, and Military designations to officially be incorporated into company email signature lines. They hold quarterly all-employee meetings as a time to gather, share information and provide education. The group has donated funds to Military-related non-profits, has branded swag available in the company store, has created VA loan trainings for loan officers in order to increase Military homeownership, and most recently commissioned a set of The Seventh Branch challenge coins.
