ECC recognizes the leadership skills, education, and training that can only be acquired while serving in the military. Our active duty and veteran employees benefit from ECCOVETS, our comprehensive veteran-specific program. ECCOVETS provides extensive resources and support to our veterans, including a formalized mentorship program; veteran-specific recruiting, outreach, and benefits (Toys for Tots, Run for the Warriors, etc). ECC senior leadership, many who served in high-ranking military positions, mentor incoming military professionals to ease the transition from military to civilian life and champion career and leadership development. In 2019, nearly 20% of new hires were veterans!
