We offer virtual forums via our Webex platform to create "safe spaces" for candid conversations that promote camaraderie and alignment to purpose. We provide a stimulating and inclusive work environment to foster development and tap into employee skills and expertise by offering formal Stretch Assignments with bonus recognition awards for those helping to drive veteran focused initiatives including: promoting employee well-being, building diverse talent pipelines, raising awareness around social justice issues and supporting military spouses. Our employee-led VETS Employee Resource Group (ERG) builds bridges between Cisco's partner ecosystem and the military community through mentoring and employment opportunities. In 2023, our employees could give back by utilizing "Time to Give" and/or "Matching Donations". Each employee gets up to 80hrs of paid time off (PTO) to participate in volunteer activities and up to $25,000 match annually from the Cisco Foundation for monetary donations and/or volunteer hours. For every hour of volunteer time at an approved nonprofit or US school, Cisco makes a donation of $10/hr. Our Employee Assistance Program(EAP) offers 24/7 support for mental health and wellness resources available to all employees and their families.
