Wiregrass Georgia Technical College, located in South Georgia, is committed to preparing students for successful careers in an ever changing workforce. Established in 1963, Wiregrass is one of the leading technical colleges in the state. Recognized for achievements in workforce development, we provide individuals with the education, training, and skills to positively influence a stagnant economy. Residents of Atkinson, Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Coffee, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, and Wilcox counties have the opportunity to attend classes at one of four campuses and twelve centers conveniently located throughout the service area. Campus locations are in Ben Hill County, Cook County, Coffee County, and Lowndes County. Adult Education teaching sites are located in 11 convenient locations throughout the service area.

Wiregrass Georgia Technical College welcomes all active duty military, Veterans, and dependents. We are a two-year degree college that offers many in-class and online technical certificates, diplomas, and degrees to meet trending economical needs. Our goal is to support our military and Veteran community by meeting your education goals and maximizing any education benefits available. Minimizing the effects of transitioning from military to civilian can be hard, we try to make the transition seamless to our military and Veteran community by providing a network of resources for students. The Veterans Support Services Center is located on the Valdosta Campus with satellite offices located on Ben-Hill, Coffee, and Moody Air Force Base.
