Western Nebraska Community College

WNCC is a public supported two-year college in Western Nebraska. We offer a wide range of General Studies programs with full transferability to several of the four year universities within the state of Nebraska as well as diploma, certificate and technical degrees. Our rate of degree completion is high and we are the only college in Nebraska with a Powerline Construction & Maintenance Technology and Aviation Maintenance degrees.

Why you should attend?

The cost of attendance at WNCC is currently $104 a credit hour and $17.50 a credit hour in fees which makes it one of the most affordable educations institutions any military members might ask for. We have full support of all college staff for our Military/Veterans Affairs office, a student Veterans Center and dedicated advisers that can give one-on-one advising to new to college. It is a One-Stop center for all veteran's needs.

A program that prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to repair, service, and maintain all types of aircraft operating, control, and electronic systems. Includes instruction in flight instrumentation, aircraft communications and homing systems, radar and other sensory systems, navigation aids, and specialized systems for various types of civilian and military aircraft.
