Why you should attend?

UofL has been designated a “Military Friendly” institution for 11 consecutive years. Our President has made it clear that our policies and procedures are predicated on the premise that serving these students is one of our top priorities. We are one of many institutions who offer undergraduate credits at $250 per credit hour for active-duty military and qualifying National Guard and Reserve Members. We are one of a few Carnegie Classified R1 Research Category institutions who offer the same rate at the graduate level for the same population. Military-connected students make up 7 percent of our total enrollment of 21,640 students. We have more service members using military Tuition Assistance than the rest of the 14 institutions in the Atlantic Coast Conference combined.
