Why you should attend?

USC Upstate is among the fastest growing universities in the nation. We offer challenging, first-rate academic courses, small class sizes, personal experiences, and remarkable diversity. We offer degree programs in the liberal arts and sciences, business administration, nursing and teacher education. We also offer master's degrees in education, nursing and informatics. Veterans and commissioning ROTC candidates are provided with cords and recognized at graduation. Faculty and staff participate in Green Zone Training. We participate in Tuition Assistance Programs, post grades through electronic portals to assist our veterans with their education. USC Upstate has a Student Veterans Association with faculty and staff advisors. We offer priority registration allowing veterans to register before other students. Students have access to an electronic degree audit system.

We've constructed our admissions, retention, career counseling, and mentoring programs to help alleviate the difficulties faced by military spouses.
