Why you should attend?

UNM's greatest asset for veterans, military service members, and their families is our centrally located Veterans Resource Center (VRC). This one-stop-shop provides you information on the process of educational benefits to start school. The VRC has a Student Success Specialist, two VA School Certifying Officials, a VetSuccess on Campus Counselor, a Program Coordinator for Academic Success, and a Veterans Alumni Chapter. It is in the process of developing a Veterans' Orientation and a Veterans' Transition Resiliency course. UNM offers in-state tuition to all veterans, military service members and dependents and coordinates with all UNM Branch campuses and New Mexico state-wide accredited two year degree granting institutions.
