About Texas A&M University-Central Texas

As the 10th of 11 regional universities of the Texas A&M University System, A&M-Central Texas was established in 2009 as an "upper-level" transfer institution offering both graduate and undergraduate programs in Arts and Sciences, Business Administration and Education. The University offers 27 undergraduate degree programs and 18 graduate degrees, and our online programs at both levels have been ranked competitively and recognized by accrediting bodies, local employers, and competitive program evaluators. Our tuition and fees are surprisingly affordable, and our faculty take pride in facilitating supportive, encouraging and challenging academic environment for learning in both the classroom and online environments.

The Ted and Dianne Connell Military and Veteran Services Center prides itself on facilitating the educational goals of our military-affiliated students. Texas A&M University-Central Texas was born in military community and focus on providing high-quality, rigorous education to active duty service members and veterans. Many of our faculty and staff are veterans who appreciate the challenges of completing degree while meeting the commitments of serving. They understand the value of higher education to both service members and veterans. Our faculty go the extra mile to provide educational programs that meet the needs of service members and committed to seeing those enrolled succeed.

We've constructed our admissions, retention, career counseling, and mentoring programs to help alleviate the difficulties faced by military spouses.
